Mr. Justin Carbage has extensive experience in recruitment, outreach, and engagement. Justin holds six years of grant program and higher education experience in which he accumulated a background in working with underserved and TANF eligible populations. During his professional tenure, he has gained experienced in adjunct instructing, testing administration, career coaching and placement, and worksite management. Justin has also gained k-12 experience in which he has served as a classroom teacher and afterschool tutor.
Justin is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff where he earned his bachelor’s degree (B.A., English and Liberal Studies). He earned a graduate certificate (Academic Advising) and master’s degree from Arkansas Tech University (M.S., College Student Personnel) in Russellville, Arkansas. He earned a second graduate certificate (Composition Studies) and master’s degree (M.A., English) from Indiana University East in Richmond, Indiana. Justin is certified as a Family Centered Coach through the Chicago Jobs Council and a Global Career Development Facilitator through the National Career Development Association.
