The UAMS Division for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DDEI) – Under Represented Minority (URM) Staff Recruitment, Engagement and Retention Subcommittee is charged with advocating, supporting, and providing resources for URM staff. Our subcommittee serves in an advisory role with the purpose of creating a more diverse and inclusive campus community by focusing on URM staff-related issues and initiatives aimed to intentionally impact the recruitment, engagement and retention of potential and current URM staff.
